Michael Cochran was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix Education Partners in October 2026. He has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development since April 2026.
Prior to joining Phoenix Education Partners, Mr. Cochran spent nearly five years in Morgan Stanley’s Media & Communications Investment Banking group, where he served as Executive Director from 2023 to 2026 and Vice President from 2021 to 2023. Through his work at Morgan Stanley, he served as the lead banker to Phoenix Education Partners in connection with the Company's IPO. Previously, he held roles at Barclays, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and Union Bank. Mr. Cochran has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from the University of Southern California.
